innjoo note hang-up and shutdown

i have just bought my innjoo note at souq
my only problem is, everytime i close some apps , games it hangs-up no display after 5min shutdown. i already made factory reset but still the same problem
pls help me solve this problem.....

first of all what is your note version?

i will advice you upgrade it because the engineers said they have resolved this in the new update.

i got the same problem innjoo note hang alot in games and restart auto is it hardware problem and getting too hot near camera  can someone plz explain is it only my phone? any support hope someone can help

I have the same problem..I complained and no one responded..I will advise future buyers to hold and hault..until this problem has been resolved....... We are all complaining...nothing is being done

guys im in the middle of desert, it takes me 3hrs travel to the nearest aramex to send it back to souq ..
have anyone knows whether it is hardware or software problem??  if it is software problem , innjoo developer should make an update software for this.....
